Thanksful Thursday Adams Family 6/21/2012

I heard about Ronnie Sharp from lots of different CF contacts. He is an adult male with CF who is an Arizona guy. From what I can tell he is an avid runner among other things and a good example of taking care of yourself in general but specifically for someone with Cystic Fibrosis.

He does Thankful Thursday's on his blog. It reminded me of the good ol days when I would blog once a week about a blessing of the week. I fell out of that habit when Charles was born so I thought I would try to do Thankful Thursday's like Ronnie.

Today we are thankful for Orson's new vest! One of the hidden blessings of being in the hospital was that Orson's out of pocket expenses were met for the year. So a gigantic miracle happened and we were able to get a vest for him! Getting Maelee's was such a battle and the process for this one seemed magical. Plus he is well over a year younger than Maelee was when we were able to finally get her's so that is more chest percussion therapy that he will be able to get. What a reason to be thankful today!
