Leading to Christmas

We were able to really enjoy Maelee at Christmas this year with all of her new words, excited reactions, and easily pleased demeanor. Leading up to Christmas here are some of the things we

did together.

{Went to see the Mesa Temple lights as a family}

{Did lots of playing by the Christmas tree & holding of baby Jesus in our nativity set on the book shelf}

{Attempted to take several family pictures worthy for a Christmas card that never got made or sent...maybe it could be a Happy New Year card}

{Maelee helped her Dad test, and put up the outside lights and the lights on the Christmas tree. And by helping him outside I mean shaking the chair he was standing on}

{We all got bad colds and stayed home from church one Sunday in December. We made the best of it and put together our Ginger Bread house. Maelee sampled the ginger bread and approved}
