Just as last Christmas season was over I happened to walk by a significantly reduced battery operated train set. It came to our house where it has sat 11 months anxiously awaiting its Christmas 2009 debut. My Dad put me in charge of lining up the wheels on the track of our train when I was a kid, and if I remember correctly I was very good at bossing my little brothers not to mess with it.
Maelee had mixed emotions about ours when we took it out of the box today. She started lining up all her peoples on top of it before I could even get it running on the track. Penguin was driving. So when Frank started yelling "OH NO PENGUIN YOUR GOING TO FAST," Maelee got very concerned and no longer liked the train. But before the night was through she had all of our nativity set lined up inside the track to watch the train. From what I could tell they were very impressed. Let the Christmasing begin.

We used to have a Christmas train that we would put up around our Christmas tree and we all loved it. Maelee and the wise men will have so much fun watching your train this year. You've got to love those after Christmas sales!
