Maelee's Book

Maelee started to love books when we used them to help her get through 30 minute breathing treatments twice a day when she was 9 months through 2 years old. She was on TOBI at the time to combat the pseudonomas that she had contracted. Since then she literally loves books and would have someone read to her all day if they would. She has started to ask a lot of questions about her Cystic Fibrosis and why she has it. The thought kept coming to me that I should put together a little book for her that would explain things in a basic way and be exciting to her because the book would be about her. The post below "Super Snot" is what I came up with.
