For 2008 week 44 I can't go any longer without naming felt as a blessing in my life. A new obsession really. It probably started with the Babalou Babies (now Frank can tease me about being able to felt all the walls in the house rather than building an army of dolls). I can make a craft that is cute for a dollar or less. I can do a sewing project with it and not hem the edges. I can go on a crazy felt color buying shopping spree and feel like I really splurged walking away with 10 pieces of felt and only have spent $2. It's a new outlet for things to create and I heart felt. PS - for standard colors and felt Hobby Lobby is the best price per piece by 5 cents.
Christmas countdown magnetic calendar, Thanksgiving decorations, finger puppets, hair flowers - all felt total price for all 4 projects definitely under $5.
