Blessing #13 {Homecoming's}
One of the most exciting things for anyone who has ever left loved ones by themselves for an extended period of time is coming home to them! One of my brothers (and more importantly to her Maelee's Uncle) was in the Philippines for work for several months and got back recently. Maelee was so excited to see her Uncle Selby and I was happy to see my brother home too. Ever since he left a few months ago I would hear Maelee saying "I miss you" and I would ask her who she missed and she would say "Selby." We sure do live in a blessed country and time to be able to have a happy and prosperous place for people to come home to. No matter how "rough" we think we may have it, we have so much more than so many could ever dream of.
PS - Maelee had freshly washed hair so it was extra curly and poofy the night Selby came home and over to visit.
