Chuck Turns 1

So in complete random order here are some birthday shenanigans from the big 1 for Charles.

He has had a rough go lately. I'm thinking more ear troubles or teeth - so he decided to celebrate his birthday by screaming his guts out at both 2:15am and 5:15am on the morning of his birthday. We went ahead and started our day at 5:15 since there was no sign of returning back to sleep for the birthday boy.

Here are some very beautiful and handsome party guests. This is Maelee on probably her 8th cupcake top of the night. She dug into literally 8 cupcake tops from 6 to 7:30 that night. Apparently they were irresistible. She also had an adorable star dress on but decided it would be best to match Aunt Brandie in her blue camping shirt so she promptly changed.

This is Chuck being cake coaxed by his Daddy. He was extremely tired at this point and his medicine was on the edge of wearing off. He did pretty good though on his own this was just Frank's last attempt at giant mess.

Its been a heck of a year Chuck. I would say that you gave your sister a run for the money in doctors visits and medicine intake. Like me when your happy, man your happy, and when you not well thats true too. You also seemed to have inherited my gene of being extremely grumpy and short tempered when your hungry. I am truly flattered that you love me so much you can't bear to see me go upstairs without you and that you love to honk Dads nose and point . Your silly and fun and I feel so blessed to be able to try and figure you out. We don't know what we would do without our Chuckster. Love you buddy! Happy birthday!
