OK so I couldn't find a picture of Charlie on my camera that shows truly how much he looks like cousin Samantha when she was a baby, but check it out below - it looks like Charlie is sitting in Ty's lap wearing a cheer outfit - WRONG its cousin Samantha 3 years ago! This one is for you Nana!
