Thanksgiving 2007

This year was a great Thanksgiving. Different in several ways than any other Thanksgiving.

1st difference is having Maelee here to celebrate with us. It was this time last year that we let our famillies know that we were expecting a baby and its crazy to actually have her here now and celebrating with us.

2nd difference is, it was the smallest attendance ever at my Grandma's house for the actual Thanksgiving day. I only had one sibling there but he and his new wife were fun to sit with for the feast.

3rd big difference was that we had the Adams family Thanksgiving meal at the Bushman home. Usually we all go to Polly and Roy's house. It was a fun change, but I did miss the beautiful scenery and clean air. Notice the palm tree in the picture rather than pine trees. The Bushman's were great hosts though and we had a very fun day, Candyland, Guitar Hero and Cheesecake.

But different than usual or not it was a great holiday. Here are some other cool pictures from our weekend of Thanks.

Maelee's first celery, no nutritional value obtained - served chewing purposes only.

Adorable cousin Rhiannin - she provided 100% of the entertainment at Grandma's house. So glad that her and her mom and dad came this year!

My goof ball niece and the classic olive trick. Love ya Ty!

My what beautiful children! All the cousins together.
