26, 27, 28 Blessing's 2008

To catch up on my blessings:

Blessing 26 {Birthday Celebrations} - The last days of June and first of July we have 3 big birthday's in our family. Maelee, her Grammy B and her Papa Adams all have birthday's within 4 days of each other. She was one day shy of sharing a birthday with her Grammy B! My mom and Roy had some big decade birthday's to celebrate this year. 60 and 50 are no small feats! It was fun to make Mom a Blurb book with my brothers and sisters of 60 things we love about her, and to swim and feast a la Aunt Amie's Paula Dean recipe cooking on Mom's birthday. It was also a weekend to remember as we celebrated Roy's 50th birthday in Show Low over the 4th of July weekend. Here's to you birthday's, may we all have many more -and lots of Pistachio Delight and Pineapple Upside down cake to eat because of you!

{4 generations - that's 165 birthday's between us}

{3 generations - that's only 78 birthday's between them, chump change}

Blessing 27 {Monsoon Season} - The "famous" monsoon season in Arizona started a while back and the fast rain storms are sure to bring all of us to the window to watch.
AND I L-U-V to go outside to run errands or take the girls on a walk and find that its a CLOUDY day! It puts an adventuresome feel to our outing because its so rare in Arizona for cloudy days. Here's to you monsoon season, may you continue to make the top of the hour on every news station in the valley where we find the rookie news anchors standing in some poorly designed parking lot that is once again flooded.

Blessing 28 {Stale Bread} - This week's blessing is definitely stale bread. Here's to you stale bread, may you continue to accumulate in our fridge once and a while so we can enjoy making some geese's Saturday morning just that much better to have had you for breakfast!

HAHA! We took Dane and Ash to see the ducks a few months ago and I wanted to cry. All of the ducks and birds were literally ALL AROUND US and I was getting major anxiety. bad.

so cute. I love monsoon season too! It's so fun but the question still arises is it worth the heat?

I liked the generational pictures. We have a couple with Kaylin, me, my mom and my grandma.
