This year she also happened to be the only grand kid available (due to scheduling conflicts, next year boys!). She had a great time! Gramy B brought Maelee her special rocking chair and her own box of Ritz crackers.
She played ball with Uncle Jon and Aunt Amie, She dumped out the popcorn. (Tears would have flowed from Maelee's Mama due to her love of Vic's Popcorn and it being dumped out, but fortunately Maelee dumped it on the blanket and not the grass so there were no tears from Mama - she's not to proud to eat dumped popcorn anyway, especially Vic's.)
Aunt Karina and Uncle Eddie came too! It was lots of fun and a tradition I hope keeps up every year.
PS - Amie and Jon and Frank and I usually don't wear matching shirts, but game day is not a usual day and we are twiners to support the team. We decided that matching twiner shirts are a sure fire sign of true love. Go Noles (win), go Devils (loss)! (Oh and to clarify my sister Amie is one of the only girls I know who is an actual, real, sincere, care-about-the-game, and the rules football fan. Devil's are her favorite but she will watch most any college team play and be sincerely interested and like it - Not like me who mainly just likes to make signs and cheer for people I know or wear a shirt to support Frank's team and looks for long projects to due doing football games and/or brings books to read).

What a neat tradition you have. What's Vic's popcorn...please enlighten me!
That sounds like such a fun tradition. Family reunions are the best.
I'm pretty sure I know your sister, Amie from back in my singles wards days. I think she knew my husband, too. We all had some friends in common. I don't know if she would remember me or him or not...Its been almost 5 years since we were married.
Seems you always have fun parties and reasons to celebrate!
Looks like fun, and it looks like you guys had fun! I think that is a perfect tradition to have!
Just wanted to say hi and miss you! Hope everything is great!
