Felt, fun, cheap

I searched for "flower" in Microsoft Excel shapes and found two flowers that I could make black and white & outline-able. Then I sized them on an Excel document to have 5 different shapes bigger to smaller of the flower. Cut them out, trace them onto felt, cut them out again, stack them up, add a button and some seed beads and wa-la! My new favorite craft. It's way to easy to make to try and sell them I think but its sooooo fun (for a nerdy girl like me anyway). Plus I already had a bunch of scrap felt. I will be wearing them in my hair, but they would be superbly cute on a purse, tote, maybe jeans, couch pillows, lamp shade, pin, etc. Love it! Maybe it would be fun with stars too....

these are even cuter if you hand sewed a straight stitch around one or two of the flowers. very cute.

You are so crafty and I loved the flower you wore in your hair on Tuesday night. So...how did you put it in your hair?
